I contacted this dealership more than a month ago to inquire about a vehicle that i was interested in. When I called Urooj answered all of my questions and set me up with an appointment for a test drive. Upon my arrival, I think his name was Omer, assisted me with a test drive. We purchased a Honda Civic from JDM Auto. My Family and I had been looking for this vehicle for long time. We hesitated on buying this as we had to drive 7 hours to even look at it. My wife is a nurse, the car was for my Wife to commute back and forth for work. We needed something reliable, and within our budget. That being said, they were truly great to deal with, nothing hidden, and went above and beyond what they needed to. My experience with JDM was all around Amazing! Becky was first to call me about a 2009 VW Jetta for my daughter. When I arrived the first day to test drive the vehicle, I was met by Urooj, both ladies were amazing. Made me feel at home, answered all my questions and was genuine. My second visit I test drove another Jetta, but went back to the first as it was the better deal. They were patient with me, as I was purchasing the vehicle for my 18 year old daughter and wanted a safe reliable vehicle for a college student driving back and forth, from Pa.to Md on weekends. Had a very positive experience with Omar at JDM Auto yesterday. In addition the manager was willing to work with us on price and was accommodating regarding our methods of payment. After driving the 05 Mustang convertible home in the snow can't wait to put the top down. Great used vehicle at a very good value and very happy with the overall experience. Special thanks to Omar for his directions and getting his long legs in that small Mustang back seat... Lol. Probably the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Regarding the dealership: Super friendly, family run, and helpful. They go over all their vehicles (see below) and do any repairs needed before putting them on the lot. Not many dealerships do that, and it pays off with their repeat customers as well as word of mouth which gives them a customer base from five different States. Becky answered all my questions, going out in the lot after working hours in the cold to look it over for me. She kept up the conversation with me until late in the evening. This is what made us decide to make the trip the next day to take a look. What we found: The van we drove up from NC to see had multiple problems. The dealership handles mostly newer and more expensive vehicles, so when they get a lower end one in stock, if it passes the States inspection they don't go over it other than clean it up. That was the case with this van. When we pointed out the problems they offered to repair them but we decided against it. The owner felt so bad that he told us he had just bought a van the day before that was currently being inspected. He went to get it for us to look at, and it turned out to be the one for me. We waited while they cleaned it up, then drove home my new baby. We discovered one problem with it on the way home that we're hoping the free warranty will cover. Overview: I would recommend to anyone needing a good used vehicle to make the trip. They are a relatively small lot, but that's what keeps them reliable, efficient and a good deal on top of it.

Started looking for a used hybrid. Eventually came to JDM Auto via the USAA Auto buying service. I liked that they also had a mechanic shop as part of their business. I looked at the Toyota Camry Hybrid at this location and another used car lot. JDM Auto obviously looked at and cleaned up the car. I initially worked with Della (who did a fantastic job) but due to family issues, I delayed in purchasing. I came back and worked with Becky and the purchase went well. The only issue I had was with their third party vehicle licensing person who did very little for what I paid for them to do. I licensed the vehicle outside of Virginia and basically had to do all of the leg work after it came back that the initial paperwork was incorrect. However, Becky did a good job keeping the temporary vehicle license and registration up to date. Overall, good experience with the exception of the vehicle license and registration.
It was a pleasure working with you guys. Professional and honest people with good attitudes.

The best part is that the cars are checked by a mechanic and all inspections are complete, in addition to oil change and changed tyres. i must say, JDM auto is one of the best car dealership in virginia, i was very astonished for the kind of incredible customer service i received. the salesman was so knowledgeable and awesome, he helped me chose a car that i really deserved( lexus is250). he honestly told me everything about the car, which include the car fax, and all the repair services done on the car.and omg, thanks to the beautiful lady who did my paper work, she was so friendly and easy to work with.and two weeks later i bought the car from jdm auto , i intentionally took the car to lindsay Lexus in alexandria to check the car if the car is normal shape. and to my surprise, they found zero-issues. the tech-guy told me they have not seen any used Is250 in that vibrant and excellent condition like mine.
